Come join us for a day (or more) at our office pod, nestled amongst the vegetable gardens and fields at Common Ground Project. Reboot your work set-up, add some focused time to your week, or knock over that big project that you’ve been putting off. Our Tiny Office is a space for quiet and reflection.

People have used it for recording podcasts, finishing book chapters, writing a thesis and doing coaching and mentoring calls they can’t do from a noisy home.

The office pod looks over our orchards and kitchen garden, so you can work with a view, go for a walk if you need to re-energise and enjoy the quiet that comes with being in the country.

Available to book for just a day or something longer, you can easily switch up your work routine in whatever way suits you.

Plus, all proceeds go to our Staying Grounded Program, which trains and employs vulnerable members of the local community in growing and preparing food.

  • 1 desk chair and desk (600mm wide)

  • WiFi connection

  • Electricity connection

  • Available 8am-4pm, Mon-Friday

  • Book by the day or by the week

 

The location

Common Ground Project is a 70 minute drive from Melbourne, 20 minutes drive from Geelong and 12 minutes from Torquay.

Driving from Geelong or Melbourne, you can reach us via the M1 (Princes Fwy) and exit C134 (Anglesea Rd).

The perks

Apart from a quiet space to focus, did we mention all the benefits of working surrounded by nature?

Plus, on Thursdays and Fridays, our farmhouse restaurant La Cantina is open for lunch and dinner. Take a break with a bowl of handmade pasta or end the day with a glass of wine and some antipasti.

 

The price

The pod is available to rent for $60 per day or $250 for 5 days.

You can rent it on a flexible basis, or set up a regular arrangement (for example, every Thursday for 3 months).
