Community of Practice
Workshop Series

Common Ground Project is excited to host a three-part workshop series designed to create space, opportunity and support for the Greater Geelong and Surf Coast community to connect and feel empowered in building disaster resilience within our ever changing climate and society.

With the increase of climate related stress and uncertainty on our community, it’s more important than ever that we collectively cultivate a strong social bond that supports societal health and wellbeing. It’s time that we come together to understand our roles and build preparedness so that we can act effectively in the case of disaster. So please join us in making this happen as part of our Climate Resilience Program.

You can expect a range of professionals from diverse backgrounds attending to impart their knowledge.
The workshop series is free and is open to anyone and everyone in the community! Whether you have skills to share or simply would like to learn through community of practice, this is the perfect opportunity to get involved.

The first workshop of the series will be held in May, further details to come!
