Fraser’s Farm Kitchen Roma Soup

Here is one of Farm Hand Fraser’s secret farm kitchen recipes! Between harvesting, packing and bed prepping, Frase is also pretty nifty in the kitchen. With fresh produce staring back at him day-in-day-out, these Romas have a grip on on his creatively kitchen cook ups! Give it a go!

INGREDIENTS:
20 Romas (5 blended, 15 diced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Handful of parsely
Handful of basil
1.5L beef stock
1/2 chilli chopped

METHOD:
Blend together roughly five tomatoes, olive oil, parsley and basil in a food processor. Blend on high for 30 seconds. Add blended ingredients to a saucepan with beef stock. Mix together and bring to boil. Add chilli and the remaining fresh diced tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste, serve with sourdough, parsley and basil. Enjoy!
