7-10: An Interactive Farm Tour & A Hands-On ‘Transforming Our Food System’ Workshop

To foster care and connection to land, food and our community.
To understand that food has an environmental footprint and that eating seasonal, locally grown produce is a way to reduce this impact.
11-12: An Interactive Farm Tour & A Hands-On ‘Transitioning and Participating in Our Food System’ Workshop
To explore farming practices that contribute to building a resilient food system.
To foster care and connection to land, food and our community.
To understand food choices and their impact, and different strategies students can apply to participate positively in a sustainable food system.
Note: Programs vary depending on year level, number of students and can be adapted to suit your specific needs or curriculum requirements of the excursion.

Duration: 3 hours
Cost: $400 per group + GST
Max 25 students per group
Capacity - 3 Groups per day (75 students total)
