Brontë Lehmann
HEAD BARISTA
Bronte has a background of 10+ years in the hospitality sector, working in cafes around Melbourne and the Surf Coast. Bronte has a love for building relationships and connection through the beauty of making someone’s morning coffee.
Currently halfway through her Social Science degree, majoring in Sociology, Bronte is particularly interested in human social relationships, social change and the patterns embedded within the social structures of everyday life.
Bronte is thrilled to use the amalgamation of her hospitality skills and her love for humans and the environment at The Common Ground Project. She loves forming a part of the connections that are fostered between humans and the environment through the importance of food systems and community.
In her spare time, you will find Bronte buried in a book, searching for a wave, bushwalking or on the road to the Mallee to visit her family.
